Enjoyed the Natural Navigator course with Tristan Gooley at the Weald and Down Museum. A beautiful, windy afternoon experiencing how to change your perception and begin to learn to navigate using nature as your mentor.
Having waited 18 months to book onto the course, it was definitely well worth the wait.
The books by Tristan are also fascinating – committing to looking for different clues on my walks in the countryside and in built up areas.
